The commission fee is calculated as a percentage of your hourly rate. The more hours you teach, the less the rate.
0-20 hours — 30%
21-40 hours — 25%
41-150 hours — 20%
151-500 hours — 15%
501+ hours — 10%
The total number of completed hours is the overall number of teaching hours you have accumulated on the platform (not hours per student).
