You can cancel or ask a tutor to reschedule your lesson at least 5 hours before the scheduled time. Please avoid canceling or rescheduling on a shorter notice unless it's an emergency.
If you're late for a lesson, make sure to get in touch with your tutor beforehand. Please note that If you don't turn up for a lesson within the 15 minutes of its starting time without notifying, the tutor may terminate the session, the lesson will be considered complete, and you will be charged for it. If your lesson starts later than scheduled because you were late, normally, the ending time will remain as scheduled, although you may negotiate this with your tutor.
